Developed marketing/branding strategy for Wokai, a startup which was piloting a crowdsourced microfinance model in China.

Conducted time-motion study and process mapping to pinpoint loan disbursement process inefficiencies at various branch locations at India’s 11th largest microfinance bank as of 2014.
